I worked with Ivan over several years on the international and multi-lingual project Stories that Move. Toolbox against discrimination. His many talents as an educator and in all IT-related matters was hugely helpful in our team. His friendly and calm approach made him a pleasure to work with!

We were facilitating on-site transnational partner meeting under the Erasmus + KA2 project 4M storytelling (led by V.U.K. from Croatia) as co-facilitators.
I really appreciate the time, effort and expertise he put into co-creating and implementing the first on-site event I was working on after the pandemic. He was available, patient, resourceful and concrete in sharing information, designing the programme and giving feedback on the overall implementation, but also my performance. His suggestions were useful but his calm and detailed approach was even more helpful in motivating us to do the best we can. Mind that this was our first cooperation and we didn't know each other before this event, I would say our working styles were complementary to each other and I'm very content with the outcomes of our work.
I would gladly recommend him to facilitate and design any educational programme you have in mind.

For more than five years Ivan Milovanov was a member of the International Section of the Educational Projects Department at the Anne Frank House that I was leading. Ivan is a creative and innovative thinker. His input in the many projects that he particpated in was crucial and he often came up with solutions for the complex challenges that come with multilateral, international partnerships. Ivan is fluent in many languages and he has worked in different educational settings, his intercultural skills make him to blend in easily in teams with participants of various backgrounds.
