Luc in a few words
I'm an experienced full-stack software developer and certified scrum master with a background in academic research focusing on Java-based microserves and React-based frontends. I like to build web and mobile applications that are clean, well-tested, understandable, predictable, and maintainable. I tackle complex problems head on and am determined to find the simplest solution.
My strongest assets are my analytical skills and my broad experience in various environments and with various technologies:
- I've worked for startups as well as large multinationals
- I worked with various frontend and backend technologies, including React, Angular, Spring Boot, Django and Ruby on Rails. If it's up to me, I'd choose Clojure and ClojureScript, but I'm confident that I can build great software with most technologies. In the end, creating good software is not about languages and frameworks.
- I've built native mobile apps with Objective C and Swift, but also hybrid mobile apps based on Apache Cordova
- I've worked on various types of software, ranging from an SDK for iOS apps to webshops, self-service portals, and IoT platforms.

I worked on linking Festina's software with APG's existing software. For small proof of concepts I used Clojure and ClojureScript.
