I help leaders and organisations unlock sustainable performance through people. As a registered Organisational Psychologist, I bring a rare blend of corporate leadership, consulting, coaching, and academic expertise to create workplaces where people and businesses thrive.

I partner with CEOs, boards, and HR leaders to address critical questions: How do we align culture with strategy? Build leaders for the future of work? Embed wellbeing and inclusion as performance drivers? My focus is systemic and transformative — targeting root causes, not quick fixes.

In senior roles, including Head of People at Woolworths Financial Services and Head of Talent for Gold Fields (EMEA), I shaped strategies that empowered thousands of employees to perform and grow. I’ve led initiatives in leadership development, culture transformation, wellbeing, and sustainable performance across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

As a scientist-practitioner with a DPhil in Leadership, Performance & Change, I ground my work in evidence and innovation. I serve as Honorary Vice President & Fellow of the International Society for Coaching Psychology and contribute published research on inclusive organisations and coaching across cultures.

I founded Worklife Digital, an e-measurement wellbeing platform, and HumanWorksX, a coaching programme that has certified over 100 professional coaches globally. These platforms bring data-driven, scalable solutions to human-centric transformation.

I collaborate with forward-thinking leaders to deliver leadership programmes, culture change initiatives, wellbeing strategies, and talent solutions that align people with business priorities. My mission is to co-create workplaces that attract top talent, inspire contribution, and achieve enduring impact by putting people at the centre of growth.
