I help leaders and organisations unlock sustainable performance through people. As a registered Organisational Psychologist, I bring a rare blend of corporate leadership, consulting, coaching, and academic expertise to create workplaces where people and businesses thrive.

I partner with CEOs, boards, and HR leaders to address critical questions: How do we align culture with strategy? Build leaders for the future of work? Embed wellbeing and inclusion as performance drivers? My focus is systemic and transformative — targeting root causes, not quick fixes.

I’ve led initiatives in leadership development, culture transformation, wellbeing, and sustainable performance across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

As a scientist-practitioner with a DPhil in Leadership, Performance & Change, I ground my work in evidence and innovation. I serve as Honorary Vice President & Fellow of the International Society for Coaching Psychology and contribute published research on inclusive organisations and coaching across cultures.

I founded Worklife Digital, an e-measurement wellbeing platform, and HumanWorksX, a coaching programme that has certified over 100 professional coaches globally. These platforms bring data-driven, scalable solutions to human-centric transformation.

I collaborate with forward-thinking leaders to deliver leadership programmes, culture change initiatives, wellbeing strategies, and talent solutions that align people with business priorities.
