My approach combines individual and team coaching, change management expertise and professional mediation to address both performance and human dynamics.

In coaching, I support individuals and teams in developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence and decision-making clarity. I help teams step back, align around a shared vision, improve collaboration and sustainably enhance performance.

In change management, I design and implement tailored transformation strategies: impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, resistance management, communication and training plans. My goal is to align vision, strategy and behaviors to ensure successful and lasting change.

As a mediator, I facilitate conflict resolution, rebuild trust and unblock complex relational situations. I use non-violent communication approaches to foster a safe and constructive environment.

I also design and deliver high-impact training and workshops (on-site and remote) on leadership, management, emotional intelligence, conflict management and intercultural collaboration.

I work in both French and English and operate across diverse sectors and multicultural contexts.
