As a in-house graphic designer within the Global Marketing team, I played a key role in refining and expanding our design system, completing the brand book, and introducing greater depth and complexity to the visual identity, making ATPI's branding distinctive and recognizable. I served as the lead creative on multiple high-impact projects, contributing to brand positioning and developing strategic creative approaches for product launches. My work included designing and launching visual identities and campaigns for products, services, RFPs, and corporate initiatives, as well as producing static and dynamic marketing assets for web, email, and social media ( which has increased in followers and engagement by more than 50% ) I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams while managing a high volume of complex, time-sensitive projects. I also mentor junior designers, provide creative and tooling guidance, and assigned and supervised work delivered by freelancers and the internal design team to ensure quality and on-time completion.

Responsible for defining the visual style of artists, projects and campaigns, including pitching creative concepts for campaigns and music videos. Coordinated album photoshoots from planning to final editing and established overarching design directions across multiple initiatives. Experienced in collaborating with photo editors and production teams during final production stages. Reviewed and approved deliverables from junior designers for both digital and print outputs to ensure accuracy and high-quality standards. Skilled in developing creative projects from concept to completion, with hands-on art direction experience.
