• • Check journal entries and approve for the Netherlands entity ( three location).

Monthly Basis

• • Work on month end closure together with Accountants. My main focus are mainly accruals, estimation of provision, prepare calculation for Inter-company charge ( closing day within 10 days and and report to management on the 13th day).

• • Prepare Consolidated figure after month end for 8 entities.

• • Align communication with ESG stakeholders and prepare the report within 5 days after month end closure

• • Prepare Cash-flow forecast every month and report to board members.

Yearly Basis

• • Provided comprehensive audit support, acting as primary liaison for external auditors.

• • Worked on financial statement based on Dutch-Gaap

• • Worked on CIT calculation with assist from Tax advisors (KPMG)

• • Worked on finalizing transfer pricing documents together with Consultants (KPMG)

• • Together with Business controller and I finalize budgeting and forecasting model for the year

• • Prepare CBS report

• • Responsible to keep the books up to date including journal entries. From AP to Complex journal entries with the help of 1 FTE.

• • Manage any disputes regarding invoices and collection

Monthly

• • Prepare month end closure and report to board members for three entities ( Closing within 3 days)

• • Provide insight and analysis to management on the health of the company

• • Manage cash targets set by headquarters so that the company remains liquid Quarterly

• • Prepare VAT report and ICP report Yearly

• • Assist the manager with finalizing the financial statement

• • Provide data to group controllers during audit

• • Participation in various assurance projects and testing controls. My assigned accounts are mainly balance sheet items, revenue and opex.
