Most recently I spent four years building and leading Suitsupply's global Custom Made programme. I took it from ~€20M to ~€100M in revenue across four years — roughly 10% to 30% of total company turnover — across 100 stores in 20+ countries, reporting directly to the COO. I led a direct team of four alongside cross-functional alignment with department heads across nine functions, and owned the strategic vision and roadmap for the omnichannel Suit Configurator, including the introduction of real-time 3D modeling.
