I help mid-market technology leaders move from where their technology is to where it needs to be. Technology strategy, architecture, and the steering to get there.

With 14 years experience, I have worked at the intersection of technology strategy and architecture, both inside companies and as an advisor. Most recently as Enterprise Architect & AI Lead at iChoosr, where I architected their new core platform, defined the company's first AI strategy and governance framework, co-led the technology governance board, and built the first agentic AI proof-of-concept. Before that, IT Architect at Nedschroef, where I led the first Azure-based integration platform from concept through adoption and shaped two digital product visions for new revenue streams.

In 2026 I went independent to focus on the work I think mid-market companies most need: technology strategy and architecture for digital modernisation. AI adoption is part of it, but only part. Cloud replatforming, integration, governance, and new digital products all need the same architectural discipline if they are going to scale.
