My name is Johan Nuguse.

Born and raised in Amsterdam, happy husband and proud dog owner.

I have significant experience gained from working in recruitment agencies and inhouse recruitment over the last 15 years.

My responsibilities have included:

I would describe myself as a people person who always achieves through team work.

Implementing a new RPO strategy. I’m responsible for the roll out of the new recruitment process outsourcing for The Bank for International settlements in Basel (focusing on IT professionals).
Help grow the start-up IAMX (Fintech)by recruiting IT professionals.

• Implement and deliver the service and commercial strategy, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing internal clients to ensure compliance and expand areas of service delivery.
• Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets, objectives and Service Level Agreements.
