    At Hypersolid, I worked as a Senior Product Designer, leading design initiatives for clients across automotive, fintech, and consumer tech.

    For DEGIRO, I served as lead designer on the trading platform, setting a new art direction, establishing a modern design language, and mentoring designers through execution. The role involved close collaboration with product managers and engineers, along with facilitating weekly stakeholder alignment sessions that significantly accelerated approvals and reduced time to market.

    In addition to leading art direction for DEGIRO, I delivered new features such as Crypto, Securities Lending, and sound design, which collectively boosted user retention within six months. I also conducted a full WCAG AA accessibility audit, ensuring the platform met compliance standards and improving task completion rates for users with impairments. Usability testing and post-launch interviews confirmed a clear rise in customer satisfaction following the redesign.

    Separately, for Lotus Cars, I created and executed digital campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the design direction aligned with the brand’s positioning. Alongside campaign work, I established a CRM design system that streamlined asset creation and ensured consistency across all customer touchpoints.     Led the redesign of the Lynk & Co mobile platform, internally known as “App 2.0.” Based on extensive user feedback, the app was rebuilt from the ground up, improving navigation, structure, information architecture, and underlying technology. The process combined collaborative workshops, concept development, and high-fidelity UX/UI design, supported by a new design system and detailed documentation that enabled smooth developer handoff.

    Worked daily in sprints with engineers to refine features and provide interactive prototypes that accelerated development cycles. Introduced adaptive personalization, tailoring the experience to different member types such as car owners, sharers, and community users so each received the right tools at the right time. The redesigned app simplified interactions, made car sharing and subscription management seamless, and strengthened community engagement.

    The result was 80% car sharing adoption among members, and recognition with a Red Dot Design Award (2023).

    Worked across Lynk & Co’s digital ecosystem, including the mobile app, infotainment system, and web platforms, to create a unified and seamless user experience. Established scalable design systems that standardized components, patterns, and interaction guidelines, improving design-to-development consistency as reported by engineering teams.

    Collaborated closely with the brand team on the company’s “Refresh” initiative, revamping Lynk & Co’s visual identity with a new visual and color system, updated guidelines, and aligned design systems. To strengthen delivery, hired and managed a junior designer, ensuring consistency across both product and marketing touchpoints.
