I deliver complex technical programmes that most consultants cannot — combining enterprise iPaaS integration, agentic AI automation, and mission-critical hotel network infrastructure into a single delivery capability built over 7+ years and 30+ projects across EMEA.

On the integration side, I design and deliver end-to-end iPaaS programmes on Jitterbit Harmony, Celigo, and competing platforms — from ERP/CRM/eCommerce connectivity (SAP, NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce) and EDI logistics integration (X12, EDIFACT) through to agentic AI orchestration and OAuth 2.0 / JWT / EntraID authentication architecture. I am platform-agnostic: I recommend the right tool for your environment, not the one I am tied to.

On the infrastructure side, I act as principal consultant on hotel and commercial network deployments — designing VLAN-segmented Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Fortinet architectures, managing hardware procurement and cabling coordination, and delivering to Hilton GPNS, Marriott, and other brand compliance standards.

I bring my own vendor installation network, so clients engage me as a single point of accountability from design through to post-installation sign-off.

Key delivery: Recovered a 3-month stalled, SVP-watched hospitality automation programme (92 Dean Street) — designed the full Apaleo → Bookboost → Adyen → Quanika → Captain Wallet booking/payment/access workflow via Jitterbit; resolved EntraID/JWT authentication under pressure; onboarded QA from zero; delivered in 3 months what predecessors could not deliver in 9–12 months.

Also: engineered SAP–Shopify NFR fix reducing API execution from 25 minutes to under 2 minutes with zero infrastructure change; leading agentic AI orchestration delivery on Jitterbit Harmony AI bundles.
