→ Jarvis Agent — Personal AI agent with Iron Man HUD interface. Multi-model routing: Claude Sonnet as orchestrator, GPT-4o-mini for fast classification, o3-mini for code generation. Voice input (Whisper), TTS output, five MCP integrations, Code Studio with SSE streaming. 44 Jest tests, 28 Playwright tests. Local production system.

→ Abroad Assistant — Live AI relocation SaaS at abroad-assistant.com. Claude API with country-specific context, tax estimation across 18+ EU countries, live currency conversion. Rebuilt the entire stack from scratch in under 48 hours when the architecture needed replacing.

→ BETAI — Football betting analysis tool. Poisson probability engine, GPT-4o streaming analysis, real-time odds via The Odds API, data pipeline via API-Football. In active development.

→ Hilton / LuminAir — Designed four operational systems approved by hotel management: NFC-based review capture system (75% drop in review velocity reversed), 3-tier upsell package, staff playbook adopted into 2026 service standards, and a standards document incorporated into Hilton regional management documentation.
