At BPM Company we have a passion for digitizing business processes with the innovative platform Pega. Pega is business process management software delivered on a low code platform. With this we develop sustainable solutions with our clients and support them in their digital future. At BPM Company I'm responsible for the delivery organization. This brings a focus on talent management, building expertise within our organization and practices and delivery to our customers. BPM grows fast and has just surpassed the 50 consultants. We deliver training, trainees (detavast), consultancy and Pega teams.

Here I was directly responsible for multiple Scrum teams delivering Pega to the client as project/Delivery manager, taking on the role of overall project manager for one green field client. My biggest strong suit showed in stakeholder management both within the teams and towards the different stakeholders at my clients. Business analysis skills were needed in these roles to help the product owners help prioritize the backlog.

The Common House is a place that serves as social hub, a centre for all students to come together and truly develop themselves in a social setting – be this through working on group assignments, participating in for instance debates, theatre plays, conferences or art groups or just through sharing a meal or a drink. We want to stimulate students further to share their thoughts, their experiences and their opinions, to encourage banter, disputation and simple relaxation with friends – those intangible, non-graded aspects of an education that can make the years spent at a university truly exceptional. Elliott is a common living room for all students, because we feel that only through the added factor of social academics one can truly make the most of university. Elliott believes that education is far more than just books, professors and exams. We feel that personal development requires, more than anything, social interaction – it's what all of us will be doing for the rest of our lives. To achieve these goals and visions, the Common House operates a student bar, mensa, classrooms, meeting rooms and study areas. It has an annual revenue of €130.000+ per year and a lot of growth potential. The entire Foundation is student managed; only a Board of Trustees serves as an ultimate check for large expenses and a long term business strategy.
