I have extensive experience in leadership and management of transformation projects in B2B sales of the chemical industry. I work in a hybrid way, starting at your company, locally, and then switching stepwise to a remote mode. Change management in a fully remote role is not possible, as it involves the trust of your team and you cannot build trust sitting behind your notebook.

My projects normally have a length of about 1-4 months, depending on the size of the organization, time of project start(vacation seasons), team size and of course the kind of the project.

I work with B2B AND B2C organizations. I started projects within the B2B chemical landscape, but a lot of my work can be translated into the B2C industries without any difficulty.
