• • Travel occasionally to Portugal to build subcontractor and supplier partnerships.

• • Strategically plan material inventory levels based on safety stock requirements while considering warehouse capacity. Purchase:

• • Initiate procurement process by requesting quotations, negotiating terms, placing purchasing orders, and maintaining communication with approved suppliers. Warehouse Operations:

• • Oversee processing of incoming goods and manage returns efficiently.

• • Facilitate picking of materials required for production operations. Equipment Management:

• • Manage equipment lifecycle, including scheduling periodic maintenance and calibration activities.

• • Management and implementation of CMMS change requests.

• • Generate reports and metrics on maintenance systems management KPIs for multiple departments.

• • Assist with equipment record management.

• • Uploading spare parts and Bill of Materials.

• • Assist and comply with change control procedure.

• • Complete accuracy reviews of the equipment records and maintenance plans.

• • Manage Documents / Manuals with input from equipment owners, engineers and vendors.

• • Liaising with Engineering Document Management and assist with the maintenance of this system
