I am a qualified Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction Management. (MAK) with a
background spanning private consultancy, freelance design management, and long-term involvement
in complex renovation and transformation projects. My experience covers all project stages, from early
design and authority projects to detailed construction documentation, BIM coordination, and site
supervision.
A key strength I offer is the combination of hands-on construction experience and advanced digital
design competence. This allows me to translate design intent into technically sound and buildable
solutions, while maintaining close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors. I have
worked extensively with renovation projects, including listed and protected buildings, where technical
precision and regulatory awareness are essential.
I am highly proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM/VDC methodologies and have acted as IT and BIM
responsible on several projects. In addition, I have experience with building condition surveys,
moisture investigations, and energy consultancy, enabling a holistic and technically informed
approach to architectural design.
