Contributed to building a complete QA structure from the ground up and guided a team of three engineers throughout the setup phase. Designed and implemented automated testing using Robot Framework, Selenium, and Playwright, and introduced Appium for mobile test automation. Defined clear workflows for manual testing and trained the team in test-case design and execution using Confluence, Jira, and Azure DevOps. The new framework significantly improved regression coverage and product stability across releases.

Introduced automation testing into a project that previously relied solely on manual QA. Designed and implemented regression and sanity testing frameworks using Robot Framework, enabling consistent test execution before every release. Developed automated reporting to identify and track defects early, reducing production bugs by approximately 30%. This automation process significantly improved release stability and shortened the validation cycle.

Joined as an F.O. (Front Office) Engineer and later transitioned into data quality and automation roles. Designed and developed RPA-based automation scripts that reduced a three-hour reporting process to less than ten minutes by integrating Selenium with internal billing and charging systems. Built custom Python monitoring tools to track file delivery and data flow to customers, using Tkinter for the UI layer and cx_Oracle for backend database interaction. Implemented automated data validation routines and proactive monitoring alerts, improving data reliability across multiple production systems. These solutions are still actively used by the team to ensure service continuity and reporting accuracy.
