Over 25 years of experience as information / change / project / program manager. This experience has been gained in projects that vary from the initiation of local improvements to the implementation of global standards in both system and organisation. Since I function primarily as an overall project- program manager, I understand the language of those with change needs and how to get there. Where necessary, I will tread alternative paths to reach a goal and enjoy stepping out of the conventional line of thought, thereby making use of all available experience and creativity. Several serious travel adventures have given me an insight into the interactions between people and cultures as well as an open view towards given situations.
