Ik ben een Freelance UX Designer met 20+ jaar ervaring bij digitale ontwerpbureaus en grote tech bedrijven. Zowel als Senior UX Designer als met het leiden van UX teams als Design Manager. Ik help zakelijke problemen op te lossen door naadloze gebruikerservaringen te ontwerpen. Geïnformeerd door data, maar gedreven door empathie. Sinds 2004 heb ik user-centered design principes toegepast op tientallen digitale producten en ervaringen gecreëerd voor miljoenen gebruikers. Ik krijg energie van het interviewen van gebruikers, het analyseren van data en deze om te zetten in bruikbare user flows, storyboards en high-fidelity prototypes.
