The CRM was set up. The team had access. Nobody was using it.

That's not a technical problem, it's a design problem. I know because I was part of the whole process: from the very first question, what do we want to measure and why, through customer and product segmentation, building the system from scratch for the sales team, designing reports for management and getting into the technical configuration. Then came the part most people skip: sitting with the sales team, understanding why they weren't logging data, simplifying what needed to be simplified, and improving the system day by day until it actually made sense to use it.

I didn't arrive when everything was already figured out. I was there from the beginning, when there was nothing yet.

Today I help B2B companies turn their CRM from a burden into the tool their sales team actually wants to open.
