II. Updating specifications for sugars: Glucose syrups and dextroses (EMEA). III. Monitoring the progress of enzyme authorisation dossiers within the EU. IV. Assisting with the interpretation of regulatory texts: food safety in the EU, standards / GOST in baby food, starch, polyols, sugars, etc. Technical environment: Production of starches, sugars, sweeteners, fibres, proteins, and related products.
