Teresa Lopez

Hola! My name is Teresa and I am looking to get involved in side projects across business strategy, growth, operations and even some finance related topics.

I currently work for Uber within a global expansion team: it’s a heavy ops role within a highly data-driven environment where I work on pricing, incentives and performance to scale the business.

While I do enjoy the flexibility and benefits of this ‘large’ corp, I admit I am slowly starting to feel that something smaller, closer to impact and more hands on resonates with me more; this is why I am joining Malt.

The thought of supporting founders, or smaller businesses is very exciting, and perhaps a good soft transition into a more entrepreneurial career.

Some of the areas I have worked on, and where you could find me useful are:

- Designing pricing, go to market and investment strategies

- Governance over strategic partnerships.

- Demand forecasting and financial modeling.

- Market expansion and launch decisions baked by data driven performance insights

While my profile might seem data-heavy, what I enjoy the most is working with people, and not always I want to grow a business from behind the screen. On both personal and professional level, I consider myself a problem-solver and I’m excited to work with people who are focused on building and growing something meaningful.
