Acted as CI Consultant (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) within the Financing and Financial Markets Tribes, resolving structural data and process issues (resulting from recent migrations) and replacing manual EUCs with sustainable, automated solutions.

• • Partnered with RPA and AI teams to replace EUC tools with automated, compliant solutions and redesigned key processes to improve efficiency and control.

• • Conducted end-to-end assessments of process and data lineage, identifying structural gaps and improving alignment between systems and reporting requirements.

• • Worked closely with stakeholders across Business, Risk, IT and Operations to clarify ownership, strengthen governance and establish clear accountability for data and processes.

• • Delivered and documented improved process and data flows, ensuring full handover and adoption by Business-as-Usual (BaU) teams.

Delivered regulator-ready credit risk data for the redevelopment of advanced risk models (PD/LGD/EAD), ensuring full alignment with EBA guidelines, Basel framework, and IFRS reporting principles.

• • Led the data improvement project across specialized lending portfolios, remediating historical data that was incomplete or not fit for regulatory use, and restoring compliance with supervisory expectations.

• • Conducted in-depth analysis of source and reporting data to identify root causes of non compliance and define structural fixes to achieve lasting regulatory data integrity.

• • Advised on embedding these improvements into the bank's policies, business practices, and core systems to prevent recurrence and improve the reliability of future regulatory reporting.
