Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I coach international clients across cultures and geographies, offering a space where they can think clearly, act intentionally, and grow authentically. My coaching style is practical, goal-oriented, and results-driven — every session is designed to spark meaningful reflection and lead to action. Clients set the direction; I offer structure, challenge, and full presence along the way. When desired, I act as an accountability partner between sessions to help momentum turn into transformation. At the core, my work is grounded in empathy, values, and respect for each person's unique context. Responsible for building out the test and quality assurance function within the customer delivery side of the business.

I joined Jam3 (later Experience.Monks) with the mission of developing their QA department, which initially consisted of 3 trainee employees. As the Head of QA, I played a pivotal role in transforming the department by implementing robust processes, introducing effective tools, and expanding the range of services offered. I created and defined new roles within the department, establishing a comprehensive structure that encompassed Software testers, QA analysts, Technical QA analysts and QA directors. Over the course of three years, I successfully grew the department from its initial three members to a talented team of 15 individuals. Through strategic hiring and comprehensive training initiatives, I built a strong team proficient in manual and functional testing. Additionally, I fostered technical expertise within the team, enabling them to excel in areas such as automation, performance, and security testing. Collaborating with Heads of other departments, I actively contributed to improving organizational processes and workflows. I took the lead in integrating digital accessibility into our work and played a crucial role in educating and training the organization on accessibility best practices. As part of the DEI committee, I actively promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company. Furthermore, I assumed the role of director for all projects when the team lacked dedicated directors. As the QA director, I oversaw numerous projects for esteemed clients including Meta, Google, Spotify, NBA, eBay, adidas, and Levi's.
