• In charge of Talent Acquisition on the Group level at our Amsterdam HQ.

• Primary focus on IT Tech and Executive Recruitment (CFO’s. CIO’s, MD’s) across Europe and 11 operational companies.

• Tech recruitment building IT teams up on the Group level—filling hard-to-fill IT roles in Digital, Security, Software Engineering and Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and Data roles. Successfully filled IT roles that had been open for over a year.

• Responsible for recruiting all Management Team members across 12 operating companies across Europe, with the primary focus on the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria.

• Led a turnaround recruitment project to restore trust in the hiring process by managing stakeholders, building pipelines, and redesigning recruitment workflows.

• Reporting to the Board about the recruitment metrics and making monthly reports on recruitment progress of the strategic roles for the Supervisory Board.

• Main point of contact for all agency relationships and contracts for confidential searches, managing contracts and relationships with suppliers such as linkedin, security checks, assessments, extensions for contractors etc.

• Focus on global IT Tech recruitment across EMEA, APAC, and occasionally Americas—building teams in major hubs like San Francisco, Vancouver, Singapore, Beijing, Berlin, London, and Utrecht.

• Stakeholder management—collaborating with senior leaders in the EU, US, and Asia to provide strategic hiring guidance.

• Owned the end-to-end recruitment process for Tech and Product roles (Data Science, Analytics, Product, Security, Software Development, Mobile Development).

• Improved interviewing processes, provided interview training to hiring managers, managed offers and streamlined onboarding and documentation.
