I’m an Operational Excellence Consultant with 15+ years of experience across sportswear, consumer brands, engineering, digital, and cross-functional operations. My work focuses on reducing friction, improving visibility, clarifying ownership, and helping teams move from messy or unclear ways of working to more effective, scalable processes.

I’ve worked across organisations including On, a global sportswear brand, VF, a global consumer brands group, and Knorr-Bremse, a global engineering and rail systems company, leading and supporting process improvement, business analysis, governance, change initiatives, and delivery across complex international environments. I’m particularly strong at understanding how work flows across teams, where bottlenecks or handoff issues sit, and how to turn that into practical improvements people can actually use.

I typically support projects involving process mapping, process redesign, operating rhythm, stakeholder alignment, KPI reporting, governance, SOP development, initiative intake, and cross-functional delivery.
