MXNS Blonk is a medium size consultancy company focused on life cycle assessments for the agri food sector. Here I work closely with the MT and internal international stakeholders as part of the merging plan. As the first recruiter at Blonk I brought structure to the process, built pipelines and talent pools to meet organizational needs. I hired both locally and internationally.

Responsible for candidate experience and coordination of the whole recruitment process in tech and data squad. My domain was SJGAR stack engineers, engineering managers, security and architect profiles. End-to-end recruitment, reliable and trustworthy intermediary player, one of a kind team builder.

✓ Talent acquisition: hired 50+ tech profiles medior to senior including management, followed my target group and direct sourced 100+ candidates using various tech platforms (GitHib, StackOver Flow, Boolean search, influencers) ✓ ATS management: end-to-end recruitment within ATS (WorkDay), internal transfers, gate keeper for bureaus ✓ Candidate experience: build rapport with diverse candidates for the talent pool ✓ Strategic collaboration and advisory: partnered with the hiring managers and the teams, translated their needs into requirements, analyzed bottle necks, advised on recruitment strategies

With the support of sponsors we had a delivery app configured to our requests and could build a pool of 20 agents in the vicinity of The Hague.
