I help scaling companies build the operational infrastructure that lets small teams punch above their weight. Whether that's setting up an entity from scratch, designing a PMO, running cross-functional programmes, or getting HR operations into shape, I come in, figure out what's needed, and build it.

My background is in PE-backed tech scale-ups and management consulting (Deloitte), so I'm comfortable working at pace, reporting to founders and C-suite, and operating across multiple countries and jurisdictions. I've set up a Dutch B.V. from zero, scaled a team from 0 to 50, built governance frameworks across 15+ countries, and led M&A integration across three acquisitions.

I work best in environments where things are still being figured out where you need someone who can move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and leave something behind that actually works.
