Born in an expat family 36 years ago in Tokyo, Japan. Have had the fortune of living a great deal of my life abroad in Tokyo, Toronto, Shanghai in addition to Amsterdam. My passions include absorbing cultures and running (Marathons). I have wife who lives in Chicago, Illinois. We split the travel time back and forth to see each other.

Over the course of my 13 year career as a recruitment professional, I have adapted as needed in a multitude of diverse business environments. These skills have enabled me to effectively seek out the talent needed to drive business forward. I have had the opportunity to work in corporate environment - startups and scale-ups (IPO & pre-IPO), where hyper growth was at its core.

Additionally, I have experience hiring C-level positions for listed companies. I also have experience working for mature organisations where processes were well defined.I have experience in defining, building, and implementing recruitment & sourcing strategies and also creating implementing standardised recruitment processes to ensure effective and efficient hiring.

Moreover, my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate analytical and problem solving abilities. I am proficient in meeting or exceeding benchmarks and delivering exceptional results.
