Managed a remote ultra-luxury safari camp in Okavango Delta, Botswana, which is part of Relais & Châteaux, together with my husband. Focused on sustainable operations, conservation, and creating once-in-a lifetime experiences. In charge of: logistics, admin, guest experience, F&B, housekeeping, cost control & reporting. During COVID, when the camp closed, managed the partial rebuilding of the camp (timelines, budget, stakeholder communications)
