During the last 8 years I have been building and leading digital product teams in the retail sector. I have worked with several multi national and complex organisations to deliver the best value for a wide variety of products and teams which I was responsible for.During this time I have learned to build high performing product teams and navigate through matrix organisations and stakeholders to deliver the best value for both our organisations as well as our end users. The retail sector has always been highly volatile and this requires agility and strong technical infrastructures that can adapt to the fast paced demands of our customers. Navigating through this landscape has enabled me to become highly adaptive and able to lead under critical situations.
