I’m a project manager with 10+ years of experience in digital and organisation-wide projects, often working on the client side in close collaboration with agencies and multidisciplinary teams. I’ve worked on briefs, procurement, stakeholder management and delivery, which gives me a clear understanding of how collaboration works from both sides.

My strength lies in bringing structure to situations where a lot is happening at once. I translate ideas into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned and make sure teams can focus on their work without unnecessary friction.

I’m often brought into projects where multiple

interests and disciplines come together, and where things risk slowing down due to misalignment or lack of clarity. I help create overview, make expectations explicit and keep projects moving.

Colleagues and clients value my calm approach, clear communication and ability to spot risks early (often before they impact delivery).

I work across public sector organisations, agencies and growing companies, and feel most at home in environments where not everything is fixed yet and where good collaboration really matters.

Currently available for freelance or part-time assignments (24–32 hrs/week).
