Fill in the role of (lead) software architect on customer projects, in various domains (ranging from banking to semi-conductor industry) from the notion that the applications may be different, but in order to design and develop software, the same issues have to be resolved everywhere. My role can be that of software architect in a project or program, consultant on software development approach or assessor of an existing software architecture. Based on that same starting points, I coach and train software architects in various parts of their work.

Delphino Consultancy is a member of the Brainport Higtech Software Cluster in the Eindhoven region (NL). Since I live and work around Milan and Bergamo in Italy I picked up the role of liaison between Brainport and Italian organisations.
