About Ania

I'm an international programme, partnerships, and community-building leader with 15+ years of experience across European tech and innovation ecosystems, including roles at Adyen, Amazon, Forrester Research, Sendcloud, and Techleap.

Throughout my career, I've built programmes, events, partnerships, and teams from the ground up, working across fast-growing, multicultural environments where strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution go hand in hand.

Since 2023, I've been running Engaged.Lab, where I design and facilitate programmes focused on psychological safety, collaboration, resilience, and team effectiveness for organisations such as ASML, McKinsey, and Reckitt. This work has also inspired me to pursue an MSc in Clinical Psychology, deepening my understanding of human behaviour, leadership, and team dynamics.

Collaborating with marketing, PR, and communications teams on audience growth, media engagement, social media strategy, and event promotion.
