Project Testing Manager for Treasury MX ISO 20022 new messaging standard

Responsible for the following:

- Agile implementation; When I started this role the tribe was newly put together and the agile setup needed to be executed.

- Business management: ownership of the prioritization of the tribes IT teams (600+ FTE), reporting, backlog managmeent design, improving portfolio structure, and helping Tribe lead on strategy execution of the tribe.

- Change management: Participated in various projects (E.G. Improving the quarterly prioritization process, analysis relocation of the front office due to brexit)

During this period I worked on 2 financial markets innovation projects: 1. Project FuturuM: focused on the technology of Distributed Ledger Technology as enabler to optimize the current processes within Financial Markets Operations. In this role I was responsible for a team with two other team members. As team lead my responsibilities included:

- Guiding team members

- Stakeholder management

- Budget planning

- Prioritizing the backlog

- Testing hypotheses to investigate attractiveness of innovation solution. ING innovates by applying ING's PACE methodology, which is derived from Design Thinking, Agile Scrum and Lean Start-up. 2. In Project LeanFX we worked on a digital attacker for the foreign exchange market. During this project I was responsible for researching fintech's to create the new technology stack.
