Lead 3 DevOps teams and 1 Business Team to implement the Debit Mastercard, replacing Maestro. The main goals were:

• Implement a direct connection with Mastercard, replacing the current EquensWorldline connection and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Implement the new clearing and settlement applications of ACI Worldwide (ACI Issuer and ACI Interchange) on Azure platform, ensuring seamless financial operations.

• Adapt the Authorisation and Authentication flow in Base24-eps.

• Launch the Automated Dispute Manager project, improving dispute resolution processes. The project also included the creation of new internal processes, significantly improving financial control.

Lead two on/off shore Azure DevOps teams. One team (India-NL) managing the Real Time Payment Engine (TIBCO technology), the core banking SEPA application, processing 250M transactions per month (SCT, SDD, Instant). The other team (Manilla-NL) managing the Global Monitoring Track & Trace. A Data Management system that monitors and alerts the full payment chain, from channel to core processing, including fraud detection by applying Payment Integrity over the whole chain.

Lead the DevOps team Bulk Payments according to the Agile way of working, Onshore and offshore (India). Prioritize Backlogs and Roadmaps in order to achieve company goals related to the Large Corporate Customers using Direct Channels to connect to the bank.
