I help startups and SaaS companies design intuitive digital products. From UX research to high-fidelity UI and prototypes, I turn complexity into clarity.

My focus depends on the business goal, so it had varied from Design Systems, Feature design, User Research, Optimization backed with data, UI improvements, MVPs, Accessibility, and Localization.

When starting a new project, I like to have a few conversations with key stakeholders to understand the goals, then I'd prepare a monthly plan on what I'd focus on during the project period. To progress on the project, I'd require a weekly meeting with a contact person from the company, and potentially another recurring meeting with a stakeholder that can make decisions. The goal is to ensure a smooth process.
