Hello, I am Dimashi and I support companies as an HR consultant/ Interim HR specialist taking on projects in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Core Capabilities and Change Management. I am able to perform multiple HR roles but my main focus in the last few years were related to performance, talent and learning, specifically about developing managers and leaders.
I would fit best in a company with a open culture, autonomy and hybrid work arrangement. I do hold multiple credentials and qualifications in HR, in business, finance, and psychology, including Chartered Membership from CIPD, MBA and Practitioner certification from various tools to support the work I do, but most of my learning came from hands-on experience.
