I'm working as a freelance copywriter and Social Media Manager for various, creative companies and start-ups. Words and creating stories always had my interest, and when I had the chance to turn my hobby into work during my studies, I immediately took the chance. As a copywriter I focus on telling a cohesive story, and turn thoughts into catching words. I start by focusing on the (business) goal and target group, and let the tone of voice do the trick. Even though creative writing is what I love to do most, my work includes writing SEO written articles for optimization, press releases, fashion / lifestyle articles for online fashion magazines, business articles, and creating Social Media content. I've taken some side paths in my writing career and have worked as a PR Manager (MaisonPR - a.o. Tom Ford, Kilian and Jo Malone London) and as a Media Planner (VICE Media). I loved the social part of PR, and always have to be on top of my game with finding the right brand connections and creating brand stories. As a Media Planner I learned to structurize creative ideas into a financial advertisement plan. But in the end seeing my thoughts and stories on paper, is what thrives me the most. I'm always open to new writing opportunities, as working for various companies, each with their own story to tell is what I love most in my freelance work. Since recently I offer full-service Social Media Management, which includes:

- research the online target group (creating the right tone of voice and social channels)

- setting up an online strategy (including content calendars)

- creating content

- manage all Social Media channels with a focus on growth (engagement, advertisements, innovation)

As a Content Manager I'm focused on all communication of IMAGE Skincare Benelux. I'm responsible for the B2B / B2C communication, the content on our Social Media channels, website and I support the execution of our marketing strategy. As a PR Manager I'm focused on creating a PR strategy to link our products and brand to a fitting target group, and maintaining - as well as creating - a network of media and influencers.
