Monitored equipment availability in collaboration with the logistics team, preparing and reviewing container forecasts to secure sufficient units for both pre-carriage and on-carriage operations. Coordinated daily with tank operators, terminals, and customers, as well as with internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, Sales and Documentation, to ensure smooth handovers between transport modes and maintain on time performance.

Directed international supply chain operations for containerized exports, dry (also flexitanks and ISO tank), reefer and hazardous cargo (dangerous goods, UN-classified) to America, Asia, Africa and Europe. Planned shipments and negotiated with carriers to secure routing, vessel space and equipment while meeting Incoterms and destination requirements. Coordinated daily with customers, customs brokers, transport providers and port terminals to schedule loadings, meet cut-offs and avoid demurrage or extra storage costs. Handled rate negotiations and contracts, and coordinated full export documentation including shipping instructions, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and IMO Dangerous Goods Declaration. Maintained supply chain data in internal CRM and Excel to track costs, transit times and service performance.
