Harmen heb ik leren kennen gedurende mijn interim periode bij Wassenburg. Harmen heeft het Software development team opgezet en aangestuurd.
Er is met zijn komst veel veranderd binnen dit team. Vanuit een oude plc georiënteerde structuur naar object georiënteerd programmeren met nieuwe tools en processen.
De introductie van microservices wordt met veel enthousiasme uitgelegd in de organisatie, dat werkt aanstekelijk! Ik waardeer Harmen omdat hij snel denkt en acteert,
actiegericht is en communicatief zeer vaardig. Altijd goedlachs, met initiatieven om een borrel te organiseren en daarmee breder in de Wassenburg organisatie verbindingen
te leggen. Als manager software development met een open, verbindende en actiegerichte houding zal Harmen iedere organisatie op een hoger niveau brengen.
