I help businesses and NGO's access powerful tech tools and business practices that have revolutionized big companies but are now accessible and affordable at every level. Using a suite of database, automation and AI tools, I create custom-built systems that can revolutionize how a company or organization does their work. I do this by using no-code/low-code tools to build a strategic, scalable and optimized system that either integrates with, syncs with, or replaces the tools you already use.

When designing and architecting a system or solution, I tend to keep a few high level goals in mind:

1. I try to see the system through the eyes of the user. I want to delight, inform and simplify life for users in every way.

2. I always keep in mind scalability goals. It's easy to make something work - it's hard to make it work at a different scale. It's why I'm always interested in the growth goals of a client.

3. Push efficiency without quality loss. The right kind of efficiency should lead to quality improvements. Efficiency with quality loss isn't sustainable long-term.

4. I try to centralize work as much as possible. It's a lot easier to use a small suite of tools than to have a tool for everything. That's why I value flexible tools like Airtable and Notion that can do a lot, and if necessary, let a few other integrated tools do some specialised tasks.

5. Great communication is key to the success of any project. I communicate progress daily and offer opportunities for feedback often. I am always honest and genuine in my communication with clients.

I have experience integrating Airtable, Notion, Bubble, Softr, Make, Zapier, N8N, MS365, Quickbooks, Xero, Shopify, ECWID, Ship Station, Square, Slack, Google Docs, One Drive, PandaDocs, Documint, and many more. I can work with anything that plugs into anything else via API, and can learn new platforms and integrations with ease. I can code in Javascript, Python and am SQL literate.

• 60 MINUTE CFO – Created a portal using Bubble.io and Airtable where business owners and CFO’s upload their financial data and get access to a customized dashboard full of in-depth tables, graphs and analysis using 60
Minute CFO standards. There is also analysis of groups of businesses as well as aggregated industry standards that are reported. In the backend, staff can add and edit users, organize events, make changes to data.

• MISSION-BASED VENTURE CAPITAL FIRM – Developed a customized Airtable database to track, manage and oversee $1.2 billion in equity and loan investments from 5 holding organizations based on two separate continents. The system integrates with Quickbooks and Xero and allows staff to centralize all detailed information, files, and data related to each investment.

• PRIVATE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION – Developed a customized Airtable database that tracks and monitors $100 million in annual giving worldwide. The system has a user portal for grantees to submit new applications, documents and reports. Much of the process is automated, maximizing time staff can spend face-to-face with grantees and utilizes AI to summarize reports, notes and emails.

• CIMA CONSULTING– Created a Notion frontend and Airtable backend to manage and track progress of hundreds of grant applications, grants, reports and outreach for over two dozen clients.

• FAITH CHRISTIAN ACADEMY – Created a custom Airtable system that runs an online adult high school program. The system manages applications, analyses transcripts, tracks grades, monitors inventory of books, creates shipping labels for books, sends transcripts by email and mail, creates diplomas and organizes graduation.

• CADDY MOVING – Moved their CRM and logistics management system from Google Sheets to Airtable so staff could manage dozens of moves per day, transfer customers from staff member to staff member, make payments to contractors, recruit and hire movers nation wide, track customer issues and process documentation.

• CLEARY BIKES – Created a custom Airtable application that brought together data from retail and wholesale stores, allowing detailed analysis and customized dashboards to help make important business decisions and track sales and shipping costs in myriad of ways – by item, by region, by category, being able to drill down to individual customers and sales.

Developed and maintained the operational foundation of a youth-focused non-profit organization as it grew to a second location and doubled in staff.

• COMMUNICATIONS: Wrote, edited and strategized public communications to solicit donations, market events and engage the public via e-mail marketing and social media in an organization known for having a unique brand,
tone and writing voice.

• EVALUATION: Facilitated the development of key organizational metrics that were used to measure input, output, learning environment, and outcomes which were used to create individual and program goals and reports
to funders.

• FINANCE: Develop the organization-wide yearly budget, monitor all organizational expenses, and create monthly financial profit and loss reports with commentary as part of the finance team.

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Facilitate organization-wide projects, events and program improvements via a modified SCRUM/Agile system designed to fit the realities of an arts-based non-profit.
