Daarbij begon ik altijd met de behoeften van de klant te begrijpen en te analyseren, waarna ik me focusde op het bouwen en managen van precies dié producten, platforms en diensten die ze nodig hadden. Het overtuigen van management, partners, leveranciers en vervolgens de gebruikers van onze nieuwe/innovatieve producten vormde steeds een belangijk deel van dat werk.
Als je een nieuw product of dienst in de markt wil zetten, of schaalvergroting nodig hebt van je business, kan ik je helpen. Niet alleen bij het zo effectief en succesvol mogelijk vertellen van je verhaal en de mensen die er toe doen ervan te overtuigen dat jouw idee of concept of businessplan het beste is, maar ik kan ook de realisatie van die plannen managen, inclusief marketing en verkoop aan je (potentiële) klanten!
