I worked closely with stakeholders to balance their requirements with company standards while developing a user-friendly internal SaaS solution. By using agile design practices, I ensured the tool not only met expectations but also supported more efficient, asynchronous collaboration. This helped the team stay connected and productive, even across different time zones.

I created a design system for a B2C web product that really improved both consistency and user experience. By working closely with the Product Team, I helped shape the strategic roadmaps and OKRs to ensure our design goals lined up with the company’s bigger picture. Leading a small team of three designers, I focused on fostering creativity while making sure our projects ran smoothly and efficiently. This experience highlighted the importance of strong design leadership in driving success across the organization.

I played a key role in refining our Design System to support three products across five countries. This involved close collaboration with both colleagues and stakeholders to make sure the user experience was consistent and seamless across different markets.

Working with Marketing, we successfully rebranded two products to better align with what users expected. I also led user research efforts in France, the Netherlands, and Germany, which resulted in a 10% increase in conversion rates—showing how our collaborative approach to research and design made a real impact on market performance.
