At SAP Walldorf, I worked as an ABAP Developer contributing to the Software Lifecycle Management domain, focusing on building and enhancing enterprise-grade applications. My role involved designing, developing, and optimizing solutions using ABAP Objects (ABAP OO), ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability in complex SAP environments.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, product owners, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. I was also involved in extending and improving existing SAP modules, implementing new features, and troubleshooting issues across the application lifecycle.

Additionally, I worked with SAP Fiori to develop and enhance user interfaces, improving usability and user experience for end users. I followed best practices in clean code, testing, and documentation, and participated in code reviews and deployment processes. This role strengthened my understanding of enterprise systems, agile development practices, and SAP’s ecosystem.

At Impression Cars Ltd, I worked as an Office Manager with a strong focus on corporate client management and operational efficiency. I was responsible for handling relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their requirements were understood and fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. This included coordinating bookings, managing communications, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, I handled reporting and data analysis to support business decisions. I prepared regular performance reports, tracked key metrics, and identified trends to improve service quality and operational processes. I also managed day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and internal coordination between teams.
