Lars is an internationally oriented enthusiastic Business Consultant at Digital Transformation Consulting. Lars has experience in Business Strategy, Project Management, Marketing, Knowledge Management, Sales, Professional Research and Omnichannel Strategy. Due to his multidisciplinary background and divergent experience, Lars can view issues from different angles. Lars likes to write and engage with words.

Lars has gained multidisciplinary understanding throughout his studies, work experience and interests. In the area of business strategy & Marketing, Lars has been involved with all areas within the process, like client-contact, researching, analysing, presentation-development, interviewing and presenting for several big organizations.

In addition to Business Strategy, Lars got into project management; he managed a wide project covering tracks in Cloud, Infrastructure, ITSM, Agile, Finance and Security. And leads a project concerning predictive maintenance and Artificial Intelligence.

Furthermore, Lars showed an expert level of research during his studies whereas both his dissertations; ‘Omnichannel Marketing- and Logistics Strategy Research at Hi-Tec South Africa’ and ‘The Embracement of Platformization in China’ were awarded with awards, outstanding results, and a future publishment. Lastly, Lars did research on Knowledge Management in Nepal and has 4+ years of experience in different marketing-, sales- and jr. management functions.

Lars is interested in the future of the world, whereas for e.g., Data Analytics & AI play a big part, therefore, he works as a Digital Transformation Consultant. He beliefs that his strategic- and marketing formed way of thinking, combined with his business involvements creates the ability to analyse and transform complex problems into simple, efficient, and practical solutions.
