— Currently fractional at ASML on their Mistral AI infrastructure platform — operating inside a SAFe environment with stringent quality and security gating

— Construction roots at Heijmans / Schiphol Airport — large-scale infrastructure PM

Strategy 2 Sprint (S2S) framework

My own approach to scaling agile — a lean alternative to SAFe where leadership stays continuously aligned with the team layer rather than separated by ceremony. Built at Zalando, refined at ASML, ready to deploy.

Two service tiers

— Interim IT Project & Program Manager — parachute in, run it, hand back. Best for transformations, platform builds, post-merger integration, AI programme delivery.

— Scaling Agile & Portfolio Governance Advisor — diagnose, design, embed, transition. For organisations either too agile to govern or too rigid to flex.

Engagement: Fractional 24-32 hours per week, remote within CEST timezone or on-site in the Netherlands. Available from autumn 2026.

Project Manager - Mistral AI Platform

Project managing various change projects, e.g. leading the development of ASML's Mistral AI infrastructure platform, enabling company-wide access to Mistral AI capabilities and optimizing the operational framework.

I also acted as Scrum Master, where I supported three data&analytics teams in becoming autonomous, self-steering, and consistent in their delivery practices.
