Overall responsible for Procurement, Logistics, Fleet Management, and Facilities. Leading a team of approximately 10 FTE across five different locations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to support Citytec's growth and operational improvement. Major projects i ncluded the redesign of waste handling areas per location to achieve cost reduc tions, tightening year-end inventory controls resulting in inventory discrepancies below 0.5%, implementation of digital scanning solutions, participation as a project member in an ERP migration, and the introduction of Just-in-Time (JIT) principles.

During this period, I was responsible for optimizing procurement and logistics processes across Citytec. In addition, I managed the daily operational purchasing activities for all company locations. Notable projects included the open ing of a new branch in Gieten, reducing obsolete inventory by approximately 25%, and the redesign of warehouse processes.

Responsible for the department's Logistic Receiving. Managing 20 FTE and continuously trying to improve Lidl its processes.
