Owned full project lifecycle for a remote services business delivering L&D programs abroad: scope definition, planning, budgeting, and delivery of participant journeys from intake to evaluation. Led a 12-person cross-functional team, allocating resources and tracking delivery against milestones and budget. Built and maintained the company's operational infrastructure (Notion, Zapier, Asana) to structure workflows and track project progress across a fully remote team. Carries direct, founder-level accountability for project scope, budget, timeline and risk in a fast moving environment.

Led the end-to-end project to expand Sweav into the Belgian market, from planning through execution. Scoped, designed and rolled out a performance review framework and an onboarding program as standalone projects with defined milestones and stakeholders. Managed full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for a 380-member freelance community.

Primary stakeholder contact for hiring managers across Strategy, Operations, Customer Contact and Finance — from requirements scoping to delivery. Co-led a company-wide employee satisfaction project: survey design, analysis and translation of findings into action plans.
