I help engineering teams ship faster and more reliably by standardizing and automating the software delivery lifecycle. CI/CD design, self-service pipelines, release automation, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, and cloud automation across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Recent outcomes: at Nike I consolidated five teams' manual server-upgrade process for 900+ retail stores into one self-service pipeline, cutting per-server runtime from 6-8 hours to about 3 and reclaiming 600+ engineering hours a year. At ASML I built self-service CI from scratch in a tightly access-controlled environment, freeing another 300+ engineering hours a year.

How I work: simplify the delivery process, standardize it with guardrails, automate with pipelines, then hand it over so the team runs it without me. Defined-outcome engagements, not staff augmentation.

Designed and rolled out self-service CI for the Stage Position Measurement domain in proprietary semiconductor environments; freed 300+ engineering hours/year by eliminating manual integration work. Built a single Python and SQL reporting view aggregating production-machine test results, giving teams one place to judge release readiness instead of running checks by hand. Standardized CI across multiple teams with Jenkins and Groovy pipelines and Python and Bash automation over Linux, Git, ClearCase, and proprietary ASML tooling. Initiated offloading of selected production-machine tests to Google Cloud Platform to raise throughput and shorten feedback cycles. Agile/ Scrum team with Integration and Test engineers.
